The Horses
We use a team of Clydesdales for special events, weddings, funerals, and public functions. We also use regular saddles horses and draft ponies for riding, driving, and ground work activities.
Supported activities and experiential learning with horses is known to foster a rediscovery of connection, purpose, or even create new opportunities for learning, growth, and understanding.

Meet Our Team
Big Hole Basin Equine offers experienced equine handlers and clinicians. Through various therapeutic and adaptive equine activity models, we include clinicians, physical/occupational therapists, teachers, and mental health professionals.
We work with children and adults and welcome individuals that are mobility challenged or struggling with mental health, PTSD, or substance abuse. We also partner with various programs that serve active-duty US forces, veterans, and at-risk youth.
We are insured, we require that our professional specialists are licensed, and we welcome the opportunity to visit with you about how our team could support you or your organization in Southwest Montana and beyond.
